Shoutaura doesn't look line your normal villain in the story that doesn't have interaction with Touma.

Usually villain shows when they are doing bad things and not when the Protagonist spotted him/her walking.

An easy way to remember is that Fukiyose is the one with the big everything.

Index doesn't look like Index in there and is infinitely more cuter

When Index is with another girl they tend to get naked to some degree.

Look at Hyouka and Orsola... Index is actually more powerful than Saten in that respect.

Touma sleeping on the bathtub again because 2 beautiful girls are sleeping on his bed. Misaka hasn't even step inside Touma's room despite they know each other for some time now. Arisa new girl. Gets already stay a night on Touma's dorm. Arisa WINS!!!! even Aisa's reaction from whatever Touma said makes it clear as the sky.

You're forgetting the most important thing... Arisa calls him Touma-kun.

Except for Index and his mom, no other girl has been on first name basis with him.

As except of an Idol- she's a whole other level.
