I'm having great fun playing the Magna Mundi Platinum mod for Europa Universalis III. A historical geek's wet dream; such pleasure I had going head-to-head with Christian Europe as the Ottoman Empire. Every step into Germany a bloodbath! The Turkish army on its march on Rome! Just the way I like things to go.
You sir, are awesome. |

It's the other side of my geekdom. Paradox really should be more well known. Then again, maybe they already are; they're one of the few hardcore gaming companies to have regular hype about them. The mainstream gaming presses love them apparently. IGN for example is always like "it's a little too complicated for us...but we know for those who get it that this is real shit man!" XD
Magna Mundi mod is like EU3 with the hardcore meter raised up so high it breaks seven times over. Theirs is probably the best abstraction of the madhouse that was the Holy Roman Empire ever made, and that's only the beginning. Kind of interesting to reconcile I, Claudius with I, Otaku, really. |

Spent some time on Gundam Musou 2, finished Amuro's story mode, started Amuro Ray's story mode, currently finished one mission. Still playing the mission mode, started quite a number of characters. I finished less than 5% of the game, I believe.. Haven't checked yet. Its quite exhausting actually as that you pretty don't do anything but press the square button a few thousand times in a few hours.
Still grinding in Star Ocean SE, its going to take at least 10 hours to reach the level cap which is necessary to fight the 10 Wise Men which are generally angels and demons from religious context. The original game underwent name changes but not in this enhanced remake which is so much better. Aside from that, I am playing Kanon. |

Currently playing Ar Tonelico II: Melody of Metafalica. Aand Monster Hunter Freedom 2.
Currently doing one phase per day in Ar Tonelico II. I tend to suck at Monster Hunter though (i just started, you see), the Khezu keeps kicking my ass. XD But atleast I beat the kut-ku. I think i should start playing my Final Fantasy IV for DS, but i'm just soo lazy. ^^; |

A couple of days ago I decided to pick up Pangya: Fantasy Golf for the PSP, mainly because of the interesting character designs. So far it's turning out to be a pretty fun game. I like the idea of accessorizing your characters to add bonus stats, even though I've only unlocked a few new items. Right now I'm slowly working my way through Episode 1 of the Story Mode (currently playing as Cecilia).

Playing Final Fantasy 12 again. I finished the story ages ago but picked it up again to complete all the sidequests and get the fancy items.
At first I just wanted to listen to the music again, because Valkyria Chronicles' soundtrack reminded me so much of it (same composer after all), but then I just got hooked on it again.

Perhaps, I have wasted too much time on Samurai Warriors 2: Empires as that the game don't have much of a story but it is more about gameplay. Somehow, I have spent 36 hours on the game, beating Empire Mode 4 times and won a 1000-KO badge with 3 fourth weapons yet the story continues with a fifth round of Empire Mode. Huh?
Other than that, I have actually started Ar Tonelico but I am not very happy at the load times or should I say severe lags? Perhaps, I should find the undub version as that my genuine disc is suffering lags as that it could be related to the dual-audio. If one audio track is removed, the size of the disc would decrease and thus, it may improve the loading speeds. Chances are still slim.. Funny thing that I actually spent 60 bucks on a faulty disc.. *facepalm* |

It's really fun and the visuals are amazing. BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger Glad this one came along, as I didn't really like SF4 that much Fat Princess It's my TF2 replacement, since I suck at that one so much :P Dragon Quest IX Everyone who likes RPGs, has a DS and knows japanese is probably playing this one right now... |

I spend two hours on Warriors Orochi and beat a few stages of SW story mode. I lost my last battle after achieving over 1000 KOs because the peasants all died. Instead of getting my 1000 KO badge, I ended up receiving the message "The Coalition Forces Have Lost".
