I like how Tiger and Bunny basically activated Pummel from God Hand to take care of the Diamond Next.

What can I say, this show has become the main event for me every weekend. Can't remember the last time I looked forward to an anime so much.

To be honest, I can't even tell the difference between Pepsi and Coke. To be fair, I hate carbonated drinks in general (except Fanta Orange, inexplicably).

I'd say it's pretty noticeable. I can always tell if I'm drinking regular Pepsi vs NEX.

Also, if Pixiv is anything to go on, the series is at least being met pretty well here on the moon.

Though I find it kind of ironic that a show that seems designed to draw western viewers isn't doing so well over there.

Still, I'm loving it.

I'm fairly sure it's also being streamed in Australia and maaaaybe the UK by animenewsnetwork and they have a US/Canada stream for it as well so they are trying to show it in Western countries.

I thought the last two episodes really captured my attention. I was kind of losing interest but I thought they were well done and especially exploring a hero outside of Tiger and Bunny.

Ouroboros it seems is some secret crime organization that killed Barnaby's parents. Seems to me a terror organization targeting heroes or anybody who supports heroes.

The costumed guy in the op is called Lunatic. Has a blue flame version of Fire Emblem's power. He kills criminals even if they are in prison. Could be a Punisher type. A vigilante as opposed to the goody-two-shoe commercialized hero system.

Heh, I jokingly posted on my FB while watching the episode who says it has to be a superhero, who says it can't be someone with a really big flamethrower? and I was partially right! Completely forgot about blue flame guy (I'll take ReddyRedWolf's for it that they're called Lunatic) right until the very end, did anyone think he was behind the events?

Episode 6.

It was a bit of an epic fail that three super powered heroes nearly let the guy get away because they were too busy arguing with each other (also why didn't the promoter say anything?), but otherwise it was a good episode. I'm guessing that new "hero" is the type that kills criminals, kinda like Light from Death Note.

So it was a mix up of people and the guy behind the deaths is a next. Too bad there goes Barnaby's link to the Ouroboros again. So the guy he's after has the mark on his hand.

I think the argument between Kotetsu and Barnaby about the deaths was interesting. You would think Barnaby would react to the deaths because it has impacted his life in a big way, but he couldn't care less unless it was related to his case. Also i think Kotetsu was big on the deaths because his wife might have died and understands how precious life is.

Though that was a seeming throwaway moment, I thought it was quite revealing about both men. Kotetsu is concerned about lives - who they are is meaningless. He doesn't care if they're criminals - they deserve to be saved. To Barnaby, once they cross the line to criminal they cease to exist to him. Live or dead - who cares?
