It's an official pic so it should be accurate. Looks like the doujins I've seen weren't exaggerating things much after all... Sae is stacked!

I agree Ai looks the best, but not just because of the swimsuit. She's got perfect curves, and a very pretty face. I like her haircut as well (sex hair is still the best though). Can't wait to see more of her.

I think it's the angle. They are wearing a dark suit and you're looking from the front. This is a limitation of 2D I'm afraid.

I figured it would have made it into some art book or magazine.

One reason they may not do it is because there are so many designs for the characters. Like the manga for Ai:
