I finished volume 1 and i like it so far.

Leave shotacon fan service aside, the story surprised give me the good emotional and heart-warming. This boy (MC) really need a hug after all the unfair shit he has gone through.

Just from reading the summary the cliche scenario in which the kingdom purposefully alienated it's strongest sounds very stupid and contrived especially considering he's a 12 year old. It makes more sense to raise him up while subtle brainwashing him and filling his head with propaganda to be loyal to only your country or make sure that he's dead if you have to alienate him. Banishing him sounds like a good way to get him to go against your country if he's anything less than a saint (which of course he is).

On the surface, kinda yes but IMO this one is more serious and depress (especially about MC) than Ane naru.

IMO , that is quite an evil thing to do .
Sure , the hero killed him , but he made sure the hero will suffer worse than death , being shunned and hate for eternity and yet can't die , that will affect a lot on mental health .
Unfortunately , he didn't take his subordinate into account .
Speaking of that , how did they manage to stay so close to the hero if the hero drain life force from everyone around him.

This gave me a same vibe about Kou 1 Desu Ga Isekai De Joushu Hajimemashita series, for some reason. Also, about the 4 other Nee-chans who got close to the hero despite the curse, I also wondering the same question as well. Could they....having something made them immune to the curse?

well one of them is succubus and the other one get so embarrassed after MC see her wear no pants, i hope these might answer some of your doubt.

Anyway what i can say is they are not demon lord's lover. After four generals lost to MC, demon lord order their execution as a punishment but MC save their life.

About the curse, first it made MC's body invulnerable to all threats, he won't die even if you cut his head off, make it impossible to kill him. Second the curse drain life force of living things around MC (human, demon or even plant). if anyone get close to MC, they will get weaken and die. Nobody can undo a curse, even MC. At first they intend to celebrate MC as a hero of their country but after they learn about the curse on MC, they can't welcome MC anymore so they decide to give all of MC's achievements to MC's friend and make him a "fake hero" to keep a public face. They give MC a large sum of money and told him to live elsewhere and never return to capital.

Spoiler: 1) OP ? - At the beginning MC is rusty cuz he didn't fight or train himself for year and there is matter about his mental health but at the end of vloume 1, after resolve himself, he regain his combat skill and his old weapon again so i say yes, MC is OP. 2) Harem ? - yes, look at cover. 3) Snusnu? - No, not yet but his four maid take turn sleep with MC every night (MC can't sleep alone cuz of his trauma) and one of them is succubus that try to rape him when it's her turn so it's matter of time.

Spoiler for spoiler: They are high-rank demon and MC did some master-servant contract with them by keep feed his blood to them, that's why they are not harm by MC's curse and can be around with him. (This method only work with high-rank demon like 4 maids. if normal demon or human drink his blood, they will die.) Normally MC always try to suppress power of the curse to not harm other people but only strong and healthy people can somehow withstand it but only for a while, if he gets close to people like children, unhealthy person or old people, they will die in short time even if he try to suppress his curse. Another thing about MC's curse, that is his right hand (the place he got the curse from demon lord) if anyone get touched by MC's right hand, they will die instantly, this make MC always wear glove on his right hand all the time. The worse thing about his curse is the curse grows stronger as time goes on, MC presume that one days the curse might take over his mind, turn him into mindless monster. It make him fear to sleep alone at night.
