Personally, as a woman, I think that the two of them, especially Fllay, in these pictures are a big letdown. They seem to have falling breasts instead of high and firm ones as people would expect from 16-18 years old girls.

I think it's because they have "no supports"...

Also, Lacus' dress/gown seems to be falling apart at the top; one slip and that's all it takes...and I thought Meer was supposed to be more well developed than Lacus...it'd make much more sense if it was Meer wearing that gown to give the dress the "uumph" it needs not to make the dress look as if it's going to fall off in a given second's notice...

I think the Fllay pic is a fanart one, from a Japanese site. That maybe explains her "downed chest works" in a sense?

Well, the problem is that they are low for "not supported" ones. Even Talia in her shower scene had them higher and she's what thirty?

As for Lacus "assets" they are the most variable throughout SEED destiny

These are fanarts of Cagalli, and I doubt that she's more "supported" (I like the way you used it

Seriously, her dress in the first link gives her all the "support" she needs...would be a little bit better if her ribbon sleeves were allowed to drape over her shoulders or if this were a halter...

And about that Lacus figure, I actually saw it yesterday at a store. I did a bit of a double-take when I saw that, I mean whoa. That's a lotta skin for Lacus to be showing... (not that I really mind all that much...
