The animation is drop dead gorgeous! Never mind the mind-boggling 1st episode, I was practically drooling at every scene. And I love how they used the string instruments for the music. The OP and ED were wonderful too. Couldn't believe that the ED was sang by Hayami Saori(new seiyuu and this is her debut anime), what a voice she has!

I think they deliberately make up those confusing stuffs just to draw viewers more into the need for buying the Touka Gettan h-game that will be released near the end of this month in search for a full understanding of the story.
Btw, rarely did I see a Carnelian show that makes sense from the beginning, either. And I even more confused when some sources relate this anime to the everlasting fantasy h-title Kao no nai Tsuki. I guess Momoka Kawakabe is the offspring of Suzuna Kuraki since they look kind of alike . Perhaps either the game or the anime will reveal the answer for us someday. Also, it's quite interesting that the seiyuu cast for Touka is a girl! Quote:

From the sounds of the first episode, it sounds like the similar reactions I used to get when I first watch the first episode of Moonlight Lady.
Of course that actually has a really hot yuri scene with a possessed girl! Can anyone tell me if Touka Gettan has similar events like that one considering they are both related? |

I have seen the Kao no Nai Tsuki h-ovas, and I thought the plot made no sense to be coherent at all. Plot holes running rampant all over the place. The only redeeming quality those h-OVAS possessed is that the animation was gorgeously top-notch.
I have researched Touka Gettan. Is it an adaptation or a spin-off from the second Kao no Nai Tsuki game?, and would it be a TV series or OVA? One thing is for sure that if it is listed on AnimeSuki, then that means Touka Gettan is not an h-anime in contrast to its predecessor. Though this is not any news, I mean Pia Carrot 2 DX and Pia Carrot Movie: Sayaka Monogatari were not h-animes either in spite that the Pia Carrot franchise began as an ero-game, which was later adapted into two previous OVA seasons that were h-anime initially. The names of two out of my most favorite seiyuu with voicing roles on this franchise. Yukana on Touka Gettan; Akira Ishida voiced the male lead on the first Kao no Nai Tsuki h-OVA. |

I hope someone sub this, even if it turns out to be a bad show; I've been intrigued by this one since its announcement, and now I have to watch it, just to get it out of my head . Last edited by Nemo_N; 2007-04-03 at 10:44. |

I believe so, or at least I hope so. Touka better not be a hermaphrodite with an equal amount of estrogen and testosterone! Or maybe I went to far in figuring this out...
Any group picking this one up?

Sigh..... I don't even find the trap character clever anymore, its just gotten annoying. It's more like Dark Helmet Style FOOOOOOOOOOOLED YOOOOOOOOOOOU at this point and fails to be original or amusing. Maybe if they hadn't done it for who knows how many series in one year (Happiness, Otome Whatever) it wouldn't be so passe. People are liable to enjoy the prescence of yet another one so I guess I can't complain.
