i want to know if there are any romance anime but that have no comedy, no echi and no harem in them. i want something serious, a dramatic romance. an anime where the main pair can never be together because of x reason but they are always figthing to be with each other and are always protecting each other. Action is a plus

Might I ask what exactly you mean by "no comedy"? Is the occasional comic relief permitted, or not?

Fate Stay/Night is a good example.
But I don't think there is harem involved.

KGNE doesn't fit his criteria, folks.

Some suggestions (although none are a perfect fit),

Oh, and here's a really good one. It practically fits to a tee, sans action.

I second Voices of a Distant Star - it fits the bill perfectly. Too bad it is only 1 ep

Erementar Gerad should be pretty close, though it does have the occasional comic moment once or twice an ep, and is not overly dramatic.
Um... Saikano fits the bill almost perfectly as well.
Iriya no Sora, UFO no Natsu is somewhat close.

umm doesn't erementar have a happy ending?

KGNE would be your best bet though, but don't know why you want to watch such sad anime...

He never said it had to be a sad ending...

and KGNE has both comedy and ecchi in spades.

Which is why I stated it doesn't fit the bill.

How about Code Geass?

No harem and I can´t remember any ecchi plus that the comedic-level is just one step higher than what we got from SEED & Destiny. And just like the CE it contains a lot of tears and great action and of course romance.

The only thing outside of your request would be that there´s no clear "main couple" struggling to be together.

Actual romance in Code Geass is almost non existent. Definitely not something you would recommend to some one who asks for romance/<some other genre> .

Bokura ga ita - starts with a little bit of comedy (this is how the relationship starts) and then goes on only with romance and drama. I would say this is the strongest romantic drama that it's not fanservice, ecchi, harem and the like. No action though, it's only romance.

Angel Sanctuary (the ova episodes) - it does have "a dramatic romance. an anime where the main pair can never be together because of x reason but they are always figthing to be with each other and are always protecting each other". And has action as well. But the story is not finished in the ova, it goes on in the manga. However, I'd say it's worth seeing the ova as they are.

Ayashi no Ceres - romance is something that develops here too, but is not the main plot. Here too you'll find a couple that has to fight for first being alive and then for being together as feelings between them start to develop. The manga is much more "intense" than the anime when it comes to the love scenes.

It has a lot of action in it, but I think it has the romance criteria you are looking for.
