I don't know why, but it just doesn't feel right (mentally) hearing Rie Kugimiya's loli voice out of Kyonko. (I expect that she has other voices; I just haven't heard them before.)

Gut instinct says Yui Horie for Kyonko, but I need to see if she'd be better for another character first. I can't decide if she'll be better for Kyonko or Itsuko.

Itsuko would thus be an equal match between Yui Horie and Ayako Kawasumi. Kikuko Inoue sounds too motherly, every time I hear her, and I hear her a lot ever since Ranma 1/2 days.

Which segues neatly into my pie-in-the-sky pick for Kyonko: Megumi Hayashibara. I know she can do Short Snarky Flat-chested very well.

But I can't imagine Kyonko in a rather screamy voice. Rie as well; her voice is too monotypical to be expanded to Kyonko IMO.

I'd support Yui though.

Rie Kugimiya....? For Kyonko? Seriously? I think her voice would be to highpitched, and energetic, because of her, Tsundere roles. Its just weird, imagining Kyonko with that voice.

-Haruki assigns (Festive holiday related) outfit at punishment for her period of being knocked out (This will be one of the times Haruki gets away with it)
7.Intrigues of Haruki Suzumiya
-This is in response to the "Date" that Kyonko and Mitsuru had in Melancholy of Mitsuru.

If we do include forced Kyonko cosplay, it has to be done in a manner where it's clear that Haruki can't just demand that Kyonko to do it. The times that he can actually get her to comply with it are relatively rare. Though we can still maintain the humor of Haruki trying to convince her to do it.

One: That didn't prevent the inclusion of an illustration of Kyon in a catsuit.
Two: That also wouldn't stop Haruki from buying one. "Just in case."

*e* Addendum to #2: If Haruki already had a costume he hadn't gotten Kyonko to wear yet, it'd actually present a plausible excuse for him to use one as punishment for the "date" in Melancholy of Mitsuuru, given the fact that it's pretty much established that he perceives Mitsuuru as completely nonthreatening in regards to Kyonko.

Also, just a bit of nitpicking, but he'll also succeed in getting her into a frog suit in Endless Eight. Then again, he gets everyone in one(aside from himself, IIRC)

Its basically a spill-over from a Nagato-centric event: "Nagato-sai Daisuki".

This year however, theres gonna be a smaller event held by the same group dedicated to our snarky goddess, "Kyonko-sai".


Based on the details, its gonna be held on the 14th Sep in Area 11, Hamamatsu (in between Tokyo and Kansai).

Whats important to note is that this is a doujin event and that there are 50 circles signed up.

Frankly, the image board is likely to flood once they're scanned.
