That's not really fair; there might be some source of light in front of her outside the camera shot that's shining on her.

It's the first key visual. You obviously wouldn't add the lighting and other effects until after the other characters have been added and the positions and lighting have been decided.

First part I highlighted confirms (like the key visual), that they will go all the way through Item and Sister arcs (yes, the accel beating for XX-th time).

Adding to it the second part I highlighted, it could mean they will do a full 26 episodes, with first half being the Item arc and secon half being the Sisters arc (so no Daihasei)

And as for the "new" characters, I really hope they meant using existing characters (from Index) that didn't have an apearance yet (in Railgun).

With the amount of information that is coming out, I think Spring is a very likely possibility for its debut. GTA V and Railgun in the same period. Epic.

hahaha see I told you so that its impossible for railgun anime to turn the same as the manga. The moeness won't be removed from it!!!

hahaha so darn happy that I won't be wasting my time waiting for it. Will just wait for the bd to come or a batch after the series ended. fast forward to see awesome accel.

It should be considered a moral sin against humanity that we even had to argue about it in the first place... Yes I'm still bloody bitter about all the face-palming I had to do that day of reckoning and believe me, I hold my grudges.

Believe it or not, I can imagine it without Sister arc.
Just Item arc and if we get lucky, then Daihasei too.
Seeing that Accel fight for the 5th time is not something I am looking forward to..

I feel the studio's bitterness when they said "unavoidable" and they really want to plant the moeblobness in the story no matter what.

I don't mind seeing Accel doing gore stuff and being badass scary cool.

Going by Elfen Lied, Higurashi and Madoka Magica, Moe + Gore really heightens the impact.

And like I said before, if it does go from a scene of Saten and Uiharu being silly to a big bloody splat, it will be awesome.

Anyway, I can't wait to see Misaka 9982. To tell the truth she is my favorite clone.

The most likely course of action is to have the first four episodes or so as filler fluff and bits of hints and teasers, before jumping into the main course. That's pretty much how most Animes does it.

Funny thought; maybe the four girls are referring to [ITEM] heh.
