ive noticed that there are quite a few vampire anime out there and not so many werewolves. hell the only one ive seen with werewolves had them as servants to vampires.
so im lookin for an action/romance anime with the lead being a werewolf. it can take place anywhere/when but id like a male lead. btw ive already seen Dance in the Vampire Bund and Wolfs Rain

Kaibutsu Oujo has a half-werewolf character and some werewolf side-characters and villains... the manga is better mostly due to crappy animation.

Wolf Guy is a dark action manga featuring a male werewolf. (I don't really like it)

Okamikakushi. Not the best show ever, but it has some nice laughs and certainly comes close to meeting your request.

Dance in the Vampire Bund. Mostly about vampires, but the main character is a werewolf.

wolf's rain is pretty good

it has a very good storyline and decent action
