I still can't get over the fact that Mu's hair ends look like a torn/burnt/worndown cape. A small nitpick.

She is beautiful otherwise though.

it doesn't have that new melancholic godly intro from what I've been hearing on Jin vids. And it's short since it's just a preview
but at least we get to hear it more

EDIT:

OD combos are getting ridiculous

Overdrive isn't something used that often anyway from what I've seen so far considering the risk behind it. It lasts longer the less health you have so it's a good method for a turn-around, but using it also means you cant use a burst to free yourself from an opponent's combo in a pinch for a while.

The best time for using it would probably be where you have a round advantage over your opponent because then you can afford to make a mistake, or when stopping the match timer could save you from a loss, but otherwise using bursts is usually much more practical than OD.

I see that Tsubaki is trying out her Lenneth Valkyrie impersonation.

Hakumen's OD is far worse since he can combo into his rather naturally. Nobody that close to Mu-12 will stand and be hit by that point blank.

On another note, Amane's AH video has been updated to include Nu, Mu and finally Izayoi.

How so? It's presumably just a bunch of D's and 214D's with two drives. I mean I understand that it's impractical, but not it's difficulty.

Have fun trying to hit someone with a habakiri when mu is in raw OD at point blank range >_>
because setting a stein can be done as earliest as 13 frames in extend, while habakiri takes 30+ frames to activate. So unless the opponent has been litterly doing nothing except walk into your stein for 40 frames, this combo on itself is inpractical.

However i see OD possibilities after a fatal 6c, a high arial hit 6c and possibly a counterhit SoD in the corner seeing that it will bounce instead of sliding on fatal counter.

Unburstable Blood Kain Idea will be so sweet~
ODs changes the way you and your opponent must burst...

Burst baits are going to be much more common when both players get to low health.

So I got a look at Izayoi's move list. Turns out, all her moves are named after Gundams or things relating to Gundams.

Well if I am correct I am guessing that distortion of hers says Justice Four Raiser and Slayer Trans-AM?

Wonder whats happens when she use them, cause these names sounds hilarious and cheezy.

Wait, she's out now?

Also would you mind giving a translation for us moon-impaired?

She's not out yet, not for about 3 days.

Also here's a list of the names:

Scarlet Justice
Freedom Justice
Sonic Saber - Technically should be "Sonic Saviour" following this naming scheme, but Saber makes more sense in the context of what the attack is.
Crusade Seraphim Alpha/Beta/Gamma
Valkyrie Astraea
Aegis Blade
Noir Edge
Strike Fall
Mirage Thruster
Justice Phoriser
Slaver Trans-Am

Thanks.

Looking at the list, I'm now surprised he didn't call Izayoi's modes switch "Phase Shift" to continue with the theme.

I'm going to also throw out a guess that Slaver Trans-Am is probably an install mode of some sort based on the name's origin (00 Raiser).

Oh, yeah. Mori stated in an interview with 4gamer that Izayoi is the easiest to play out of the new characters.
