a bit slow episode but expected, i definately love Hibiki because among the Trimen he is the one with more intelligence and interesting magic

like Midnight's seiyuu, fits with his personality

can't wait for next episode, Lucy vs Angel is for me the best fight of this arc and Lucy's best fight

The pacing was a bit slow....anyway, I can't wait to see Midnight in action.

It was like that in the manga as well, so it's nothing to worry about. There's just a lot of dialogue.

That and a lot of people seem to be thrown by the pacing changes. Fairy Tail started out averaging 2.3 chapters per episode, and by the Festival arc was averaging nearly 3 chapters per episode. Then they got the extension, and they've since dropped back to a more sane 2 chapters per episode.

I actually thought this episode covered alot of ground and was better-paced than the previous ep. Alot of the scenes in Gray+Leon vs Racer felt dragged-out to fill time.

It did feel a bit slow, but I think I prefer the slow episodes rather than trying to get as many chapters in as possible.

Is Fairy Tail going to become a "long" anime like Naruto, Bleach, One peace Etc. ? It would be quite easy to keep it going since it has a lot of opportunities, like missions, or "background history" of the other FT members.

More than likey it will be in the top 3's leauge

I really hope so, although a lot of people aren't fallowing this only because the animation and fights aren't in league with the above ''top'' three. Not everyone appreciates this show just for the interesting story and settings, music or likable characters.
