I bought Air Master a while ago, lately I've been streeming stuff and haven't really had the money to go out and buy anything.

That is a godly poster right there. However you committed a crime by placing that Haruhi figure there.

Are you really putting it in the bathroom?

No, but I'm curious whether it will stay on the wall or not, so I'll definitely try it out

Buying feels good

Kimi-Kiss: Various Heroines and the Strawberry Panic! omnibus. Kimi-Kiss is great, but I seem to be a sucker for Strawberry Panic! considering I had already seen the anime.

I recently bought Clannad, but I'll be watching it as my 100th anime. Hurray?

I own about 9 body pillows.

5-6 are of the regular expensive $100-$120 pillow case ones.

But about 3 are of the cheap $30 ones where its just a smaller actual pillow with cotton in it.

My question is how should I go about washing them. I'm afraid the designs/color will fade.

I own a bunch of dakimakura, but I'm in the same boat as you having never actually washed them. I've seen this method posted online, although I haven't used it myself:

Quote:
Okay, it's not rocket science, but here are detailed step-by-step instructions:

1) Fill up a sink first and add mild detergent. Use some all-natural organic body wash or soap if you're truly afraid. Follow directions on the packaging.
2) Put the pillowcase in. Let it soak for a fairly short while. If it's a high-quality pillowcase you shouldn't worry about fading or things falling apart.
3) Gently rub the fabric between your hands in a back-and-forth or circular motion, working from one end to the other. You can avoid rubbing the face/important parts of the pillowcase if you'd like to fully preserve them. Remember to wash both sides.
4) Empty the sink.
5) Very gently, squeeze the excess soap water out of the pillowcase.
6) Refill the sink with water.
7) Put the pillowcase back in and squeeze gently to get the detergent out. Empty sink. Repeat step if necessary, until all of the detergent is gone.
8) Very gently, squeeze the excess water out of the pillowcase, from one end to the other. Try not to make the general circular wringing motion but simply squeeze it section by section between your hands.
8b) If that still seems too damaging for your pillowcase, get out a large bath towel, lay the pillowcase out flat on it, and gently press down on the pillowcase into the towel, section by section.
9) Hang the pillowcase in a dry, warm place and let it dry. Put a basin under it to catch the excess water dripping off if indoors. Do not expose it to direct sun.

Purchased a Chinese translated copies of the first volumes of Read or Dream, Saint Seiya Lost Canvas, and Mahoraba from a trip to Taiwan.

Just started reading Read or Dream, it's something of an oddball in the R.O.D franchise in that so far there's relatively little paper action and is more like a slice of life comedy in tone (R.O.D TV had some slice of life episodes but they weren't as humorous as the chapters I've read), but it's quite funny and cute.
