I had no idea who was on the front cover... then I read the chapter.

That is one heck of a misleading cover. But I actually liked this chapter, especially the brief debate between the teachers about the role of public education versus cram schools. It really reminded me of the public vs charter debate in the US that's currently going on.

Also, Boin drinking like crazy and then coming on to her brother when she gets dumped....why am I not shocked? Aoki and her brother do seem similar enough, I wonder if one of the reasons she finds Aoki attractive is due to that. What I mean is that she finds certain things about her brother attractive, and seeks those qualities in other men, not that she secretly loves her brother "in that way". There's a saying that (paraphrased) "girls marry their fathers, boys marry their mothers". We kind of see this in how Reiji compares Rin to her mother.

Boin sensei is my fav character, just cause she is hot, lol. Also watashiya-sensei doesn't spare the fan service with her

But in my opinion the real question is how will aoki and rin stay connected emotionally long enough for them to be in a relationship? She is about to leave aoki's school, as you can see other people in her universe will hit on her because she is becoming hot, They don't live together any more... I mean how do they keep bonded?
Does aoki actually get fired or something then get hired by boin's little bro!?

Or will we get a realistic ending with aoki being with boin? I mean being real daisuke is a dumb ass that couldn't tell the mood in the room if it kicked him in the balls. He has no idea boin likes him... but what if he did.. he's still a virgin, would he jump at the opportunity to have his first relationship with an attractive albeit pudgy (for japan) woman who is head over heels for him? That would be a realistic ending.... or then a time skip and they meet after years. and he would dump boin for rin who is now more attractive then aki-san.... to have boin run and drunkenly perv her bro for the mega lulz. But on the other hand he experienced his first love jealous hearty pain when boin-bro hit on rin.... interesting interesting interesting.

Just sayiong, I have no idea how this will progress.

Even if Aoki comes to his senses regarding Boin, I still believe it would come down to two routes:

1. Accept reality, and the fact that he is aging. Settle down with Boin and start family.
2. Forget reality, and pursue love, although forbidden and highly taboo.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when Rin is 20, Aoki will be...in his mid-late 30's? On second thought, that is actually not that taboo in (at least) American society...

Plus there is always the possibility that Aoki can move up to middle school teaching, highschool, college...

What would you do? >:-P

Considering SaHa also translates stuff MUCH more explicit, with character's Rins age, I doubt this series would cause it...
