I find it a bit strange when Ritsu's class is doing haunted house and Yui's class is a cafe-like. I thought in episode 4, Yui wanted to do haunted house and Ritsu wanted to do maid cafe (moe moe kyun!). Why the order is reversed?
Then again, I enjoy the episode so i will let it go. Waiting for the wide-screen version. Maybe, just maybe, we can see what we actually WANT to see. |

another great episode... things are moving along very nicely, and the characters are much more interesting than I originally thought - lets see how this goes, I dont think any serious drama is the way to go, but corniness to 'overcome obstacles' isnt the right way either - right now theyre treading pretty perfectly in between.. but its early days yet..

Am I the only guy that doesn't get the rice bowl joke in this episode? =( *sad face*
2) That bass / bass string's should / if not already be damaged after falling flat first and then ontop of it. But it seems to be one of those super bass' that doesn't break. (or was not mentioned afterfore) Again sad face. =(

If anything, I'd worry about the headstock and neck possibly cracking, maybe some deep scratches and chips too, but hardly near anything Pete Townshed would do to a guitar... Oh, and don't worry about not getting the rice bowl incident; Either read through the thread, read the chapter in the manga that this episode covers, or just save your virgin head altogether and be thankful for your purity...

No, it's what you call a pathetic and pitiful way of trying to being funny And I see the idiot use the text on my sig for title? Oh well, I guess you can't help people like that other than just ignore them.
-> Ah, somehow I felt like watching a music video when they were singing.

I quite liked the 'music video' - quite liked the cross-processed effect of it as well. Maybe this was just Kyoani flipping us the fi... - peace sign - rather than what people were expecting, maybe they were going 'Band scenes. been there, done that' and doing something different, or maybe they're saving the big budget high quality live concert scene for the end.
Whichever, it was fun. Other highlights of the episode for me? Well, Yui's hoarse voice was consistently well done, and I loved the scene when Yui was struggling with the amp while Mugi was just strolling by with much bigger items of equipment like they weighed nothing. The rice bowl was just classy. Visual double entendre. |
