Cecilia - Her reasons don't change. Besides, she;s most likely like that only because she knows how being hesitant can cost you. She had to be headstrong to save her fortune and you can tell she treats everything this way. Seriously, it took her how short to fall in love with him?

Rin - No....she was still whining about it till later. Did you miss her complaining the entire time about how she could've been with Ichika while she was doing?

Cecilia - decisive falling in love skills? Just kidding. I really think she grew up though. She just feels a lot more easy to keep on screen than when she first came on. Heck she's easier to keep around than before the whole thing with the beach where she got her first taste of massage heaven.

Rin - Lol, yeah I missed that part. But as I said, she actually cared about the work on Shenlong. Other than self-preservation, I really think there's a certain respect for IS beyond its current use as well as for the engineers who did work on it.

Cecilia - Yeah, I admit she gets easier to keep on screen. Just saying she had no significant changes.

Rin - All of them care about their IS to a good degree, even Ichika. She's not the only one who's like this in the novel. The slapping Houki to snap her out of her BSOD is genuine character quality, though.

Rin - indeed, much better than Houki's growth.

Houki does grow to like her IS more and be less of a b**ch. You notice she never beats him up and usually just threatens him......okay, she's still pretty mean.

I'm pretty sure she's still prone to want of splitting his head/body wide open in bouts of jealousy. Other than that, her neediness still hasn't changed or mellowed out. In fact, I think it got worse. That's what I don't like about her.

Also the reason I made the OC who was Houki's rival. That OC was my ideal version of Houki

Thanks to a new Engineer in the team, the British are testing new drone technology and since Cecilia has high Aptitude for BT drones, she is selected as the test pilot for a new type of IS that rival Gen 4 (to put Cecilia on equal footing with Houki.....)

Tailor made to Cecilia's style of fighting

@eras: just because it is excused does not mean it didn't break his heart. Kinda broke mine too... but a part of me was wishing she actually did hit him.

Their Excuse:
Cecilia can't handle it as well as expected and the new drones took up the extra slots.

Actual reason: The Engineers lost majority of the data (Easy to control part included) when the IS is stolen....

They are actually savaging whatever they had and working on what was missing.

Thanks to that they end up having a new breakthrough....

Edit: The Mimic Drones is capable of countering Byakushiki...... It only has a sword and a shield.....to defend itself against Thousand Stars...

A invincible shield is meaningless if you can't block in time against Rains of Energy bolt.

when you named it tear flow... what were your ideas on the design. I actually envisioned a more high maneuverability unit with drones on full auto gatling lasers...

Also: What's the breakthrough?

New Drones that automatically respond to the situation at hand.

Technically this(Cecilia don't know how to use the High Mobility function yet) with the homing Energy Bomb replacing the Gattling Laser on opponent.(Watch the second video I posted...the poor dude is on the receiving end....)

and most important part of the Breakthrough: HOMING Energy bomb (Minor but still a breakthrough).

Edit: and yea.... there are other safety mechanism in it which is why the Frame of the IS cost a bomb....

Still working on other Heroine's IS (Cecilia's IS is the only one rivaling Houki though...)

Edit: Cecilia's Tear Flow is new Frame rather than Second Shift

Planned Concept of next development:
Laura's IS will be more evil looking due to being Cruel and brutal (Because the IS core isn't very nice....Don't forget: The IS allowed Valkyrie trace system to be installed....). (Second Shift)

Rin's IS gear towards brute/Blunt force.... Gundam Age Titus?

Close Combat to supplement the inability to actually fight in close-range? (Shenglong seems more like a mid-range unit than short range unit) (Second Shift)
Moar Edit: Reference Decided: Gear Fighter Dendoh!!!

Charlotte has no upgrades due to all effort went into developing Gabriel Warning..... probably new Version of Raphael Revive with Gabriel Warning's technology incorporated into it..... (New Frame)

Edit: The Sarashiki Sisters are sixth rangers, therefore no upgrade for them

Moar Edit: Planning Charlotte's Upgrade to be a little Heartwarming.....
