This is exactly how I felt. If sasuke can't even compare to edo madara then how the hell is even going to touch Naruto.

Seeing Karuma finally accept Naruto is what I've been waiting for for such a long time. This show might be shounen by nature, but it's no dragonball. I'm glad to see that. See kids. Shounen shows can have great storytelling too.

Ugh, another flashback episode (mostly). Ah, at least next ep will have more of the Five Kage vs. Madara; that'll be cool.

oddly enough, this is one of the few times i think recap and filler was needed. in the manga, this part was horribly rushed and random. a lot of people complained. juugo and suigertsu found the scroll so quickly that it was stupid. The show really needed to flesh it out to make it seem more reasonable and also to reinforce hebi more instead of just a quick 1-2 minute blip in the story

OMG! I can't believe this! It's Sasuke! Been I while since they showed him.
I was starting to wonder what happened to him.
Seeing the Akatsuki side of things was not bad at all.
Sasuke seems a lot stronger now and much more dangerous.
We're all waiting for the final clash between titans (Naruto vs Sasuke).
Guess that's the biggest reason I'm putting up with all the fillers.

Spoiler for plot:

Somehow it gave a personal feel.
They did have some nice team work too.
Tsunade was pretty impressive this time.
Who knew she has some aces up her sleeve.

The anime seems to flow a little better then the manga.Maybe because so many panels and issues are used to emphasize the emotional parts that only last a few minutes or even seconds.Or it could just be a difference in attitude in the anime only watchers as opposed to the manga readers.I say that because i don't have a problem with the manga's pacing but i feel others getting frustrated with it,where as here most seem satisfied.
Then again the anime is going to be visually more exciting by default,a huge panel of Sasuke's face looking sad and not saying anything can only have so much effect i guess.

This past week has been very good to us shounen fans with Naruto anime adding to the fun overload. That's two weeks on a row that I've actually enjoyed a Naruto episode.
