Does Ellis's father make his appearance in vol 8? I haven't seen him in any volume except in the coincidentally last-to-be-translated 8.5.

Volume 8 Chapter 5 has been completed, which means the entire series has been fully translated. Interestingly, we find out the name of Greyworth's Elemental Waffe, Stormbringer, which comes from the works of Micheal Moorcock.

If my theory is right and the story goes the way I think it will, that won't be the last we see of that sword spirit.

As of today, Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance translation is caught up. I hereby thank all the translators and editors who worked hard on translating this entertaining light novel series for free for all of us readers who patiently(?) waited for this day to come. Without them, I wouldn't be able to enjoy this work. May the future to this series' translation project be as bright as today.
