@immblueversion: I know all that. Like I said, I don't get why connect them but not Virgilia to Kumasawa. The anime shows they're connected considering Kumasawa literally turns into Virgilia.
also you should put that EP 6 info under a spoilertag. |

Oh d-d-damn you, I was thinking I should skip buying this when I go back home during summer break but now you made me want to buy it again TAT lol. One question, how are the character pages and production material sections? Are they detailed? I was pretty satisfied with Higurashi Kai's guidebook in that aspect, and it's pretty much one of my main reasons for getting guide books.

As for Production material, like I said they give a storyboard example from each Umineko anime episode, and they're very amusing to look at. Other than that, there's character line art for almost every character, and fairly descriptive background line art for most locations in the story (though I was a bit sad that they left out the parlor here for some reason...). In addition to all this, there's the Illustration Gallery which has every anime art piece of the series released by the time the book came out (which was around February I believe), a Story section talking about each Episode (1 through 4, which the anime covers), an "All Story" section that talks about each individual anime episode, a "Basic Term" section which looks like it's talking about basic terms, phrases, and... things that come up in Umineko (repeat it in red, 07151129, kihihi, one-winged eagle symbol, etc), and two sections called "World Analysis" and "Magic Analysis" which seem to be discussing and analyzing both the world the series takes place in and all the magic events that take place. There's also 3 interviews at the end (I only recognized Ryukishi of the three... of the other two, one was some guy, and the other didn't have a picture of a person, but showed pics of Beatrice and Lambdadelta...). All in all: It's really nice to look at, I just really wish I could actually read it... ;A; |

Thanks, that cemented my desire to buy it lol, but yea I feel your pain. I have the guidebooks for Higurashi Kai and Rei, as well as other animes like Phantom and Pandora Hearts. I can't read any kanji without furigana, so I'm also saddened TAT.

A source told me that there is a Beatrice (Yes, suit Beatrice!) figure around, but I just can't find it. I even can't find a picture. I think he was lying to me.
I really want a figure of Battler Spoiler for EP6:
Spoiler for Super stuff:
