No, it's really the 7th. It's "July 6th at 24:30", which is actually July 7th at 0:30/12:30am in the notation that we'd usually use here. Fear the 29-hour clock...

An "A" to a prevent a "Q": checked out the DVD solicitations on this today as well, and it's confirmed that the third anime season will have 13 episodes. The first of 7 Japanese DVDs will be released in late-September.

8 volumes, but because the anime is doing lots of stuff differently from the novels, the 3rd season will also have some stuff from volume 8.
There probably will be another season, since the novels haven't ended and I don't think they will cover volumes 13-14.

Well, nobody can know the terms of this specific arrangement, but what we've most often seen in the past is that the licensor might have sort of "first-dibs" on future seasons (or at least it's easier for them to negotiate because of established relationships). So I think it's safe to say that, if the first two seasons go well, there's a good chance the subsequent season(s) will be licensed too, but I doubt they'd blanket license future seasons on speculation (especially without seeing the sales figures). Given Geneon's current situation and arrangement with Funimation, it's hard to say what form that might take anyway. There have, of course, also been cases where follow-up seasons switched licensors for a number of reasons.

So all that to say, AnimeSuki doesn't consider future seasons licensed unless there's some sort of announcement, the licensor appears in the production credits for the show, or the usual reasons.

highly doubt it and i hope it doesnt..louise wouldnt look good with big breast... if anything maybe close to monmon size and nothing more...

im guessing they are making it now...since there has been a new season every year... not sure i only got into ZnT right before S3 aired...

yeah s1 was released june of 06
s2 was released june of 07
and s3 was released june of 08

OVA came out obviously on december of 08
normally OVA indicates the series continues and its like a mere teaser

so just from that...guessing s4 on/around june of 09
