Need suggestions

I know my title isn't very good but I need suggestion for anime to watch and I don't know exactly what kind of anime I love the must. I watched a lots of anime and I don't know what to watch anymore. Currently I'm following: Nana, Nodame Cantabile, Code Geass, La Corda d'Oro, Saiunkoku Monogatari and Pumpkin Scissors. Between weekly release I love to watch older series but I can't seems to find something good I didn't watch. Like I said before, I don't know what anime I like the must so I hope you could think of some good anime that aren't in my list.

If you could also look at my Want to see, Seen some and Will not finish lists and tell me if I missed something good cause I didnt watched it or cause I can't seems to find enough interest to finish it.

I know those are selfish requests but I love watching anime a lot and I'm having a hard time finding something worth watching.
(sorry for my bad english )

Crest of the Stars (and all its sequels)
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni
Fantastic Children

^ My top3 animes at that

Air the Movie - alternate telling of Misuzu's story.
Mai-HiME (better than Otome imo)
Gunparade March
Black Cat

From your "will not finish" list i would definitely give a second go to Ghost Hunt and Gift ~Eternal Rainbow~.

My Otome Zwei if you haven't seen it yet.
Adventures of Mini-Goddesses if Keiichi/Bell relationship is not why you've watched AMG or if you just want to watch something funny and light-hearted. Also you may watch AMG movie.
Read or Die OVA is the beginning of the story and some people say it's better than TV. I disagree though as I love both.

Thanks you for your suggestions, I added them to my list.
I finished watching Crest of the Stars and all of the sequels, It was great. I started watching Kare Kano and seems to be quite nice too.
For Full Moon wo Sagashite and Chobits I wanted to know if they are as good as the manga, cause some anime are better not to see after you read the manga.

If you have more suggestions then please post them, I would love to have more to add to my list.

The anime version of Chobits has a happier ending. I thought the ending of the manga was rather disturbing.

Yeah I hated the manga version of Chobits, mostly for how it ended.

I also liked the anime version of Full Moon wo Sagashite more than the manga. The ending was much better, and it is about music. Reading the performances just isn't the same (and the music is actually pretty good in the anime) Just be warned some things were changed in the anime version and it isn't quite as dark as the manga.
