and yammy flattened her. it wasn't even that dignified in the manga - the anime made her last a little longer.

BAHAHAHA pretty much.

There's a BIG difference between a centipede and a mukade. I think Loli was a centipede. They're a lot smaller with a lot of legs. They also die if you squish them. Mukade have less legs and a poisonous bite. They also don't die when you chop them in half.

Maybe if Rukia and Renji combined their Zanpakutos to make a huge mallet for Chad to use... (Renji's Bankai would be the looooong handle and RUkia's ice the mallety part)

actually it seems all centipedes are poisonous (though it seems most are on the level of bee stings while the mukade is much worse), even loli. the only attack she used before getting owned was poison (and yes, her release was spanish for centipede).
i don't believe yammi has used any poison yet.

Spoiler for Episode 269 to 272: The manner how the animation staff handled Ichigo v.s. Ulquiorra final match arc was executed in good light. Overall, the pacing went fast but never in a rush, and they didn't insert too much or unneeded movements between frames to drag or slow down the pacing. I, honestly, believe the pacing during that fight went accordingly to the manga. The match let Inoue grasped her reality: her despair and helplessness concering her overly reliance upon Ichigo. What I can speculate is that maybe Ichigo's Super-Hollow form manifested not because Resurrección 2 Ulquiorra despaired him beyond madness, but because Inoue was at the edge of losing it. This is the first match I've watched throughout all of Bleach which the balance of power has quickly shifted in time record from one episode to the next one. Example, Res. 2 Ulquiorra nihhilistically drilling a hole on Ichigo beneath the former's feet at one episode only to have the former on the next episode getting blown in half by Super-HIchigo.
