Here's my silly question. As one who knows nothing about how fansubbers do their work, how do groups go about coming up with the lyrics to the opening and ending songs so quickly? Sure, one could translate spoken words easily if they knew both languages, but listen to a new song in your language and it's still tough to pick out the exact words they're saying. Is there some kind of black magic involved or am I missing something idiotically?
Wow. I dont know about anime theme songs or what but translating lyrics is seriously a pain. I've tried translating Chinese lyrics into English before and it doesnt make sense to me after translations. Those who did lyrics translations are pro.

Maybe they find a site with the Lyrics in Japanese already and translate that?; I mean I imagine those get posted quickly too.

I make it very short.
I want a friend of mine, upload a video on my youtube account.
Is it ok to send him my access informations? The big problem i see is, that my youtube account is linked with my google mail account. I dont feel like giving him the informations and then he could also access into my gmail.

Is there some trick? Obviously, i would change the password into something else, before i give these infos to him.

Its not a question of trust, im just wondering, if there is a way, that he can ONLY access to my youtube account.

Thanks a lot in advance.
Oh, and happy new year!

You could use email upload. Just set it up in the options and tell him the address. Afterwards disable the address again.

A couple questions from a guy who just got into biking again after 6 years.

1. Is it normal for my hands and butt to hurt more than my legs?
2. How do I stop it from swaying too much? I don't remember it being like that.

Basically yeah, 6 years is a while.

1. Yes. Hands escpecially if you go offroad a lot. It is a really annoying feeling. That's why many bikers wear those cushioned gloves.
2. What is swaying? Your bike? To the sides? Uhm, drive faster / less alcohol? Dunno...

But without the alcohol, he would feel much more pain in his hands and butt....

1) Yes. You use your legs every day. You don't sit on a bike seat or grip handlebars every day.
2) The only thing I can think of is to fill up the tires more. Beyond that, I'm not sure.

Yeah I started biking again back in early November. I'm assuming you mean riding a bicycle?

1. As stated above, yes it's normal, but will go away with repeated rides.

2. Not sure about the swaying.

Speaking of riding a bicycle, I stopped riding around the age of 12 due to lack of interest, but tried again on a whim several months ago, assuming I'd be proficient even 10 years later. You know that old saying, "it's like riding a bicycle, it comes back to you," well, I did not have that experience at all. While I could ride somewhat, I fell several times and had trouble climbing a hill. Anyone else experience this? Is that folk knowledge BS or am I just an odd case?

Even though you had some difficulties, you didn't need training wheels, right? Therefore you were doing much better than the first time you tried to ride a bicycle, and the most difficult aspects arguably did come back to you. As far as I can say, your experience is normal. As with almost anything, the less you did it and the longer you take a break from it, the more work you'll have to do to get yourself back to the level you used to be at.

1. I figured, I just thought it was weird that my legs weren't bothering me but my hands and butt were.
2. The only way to describe it is like driving in GTA, you keep swerving and hitting stuff.

Anyway, I'll try to take a couple more rides and see how it goes, thanks for the answers.

Did this GTA-like romp include running over pedestrians, drive by cappin' foos and picking up hookers?

Damn that is one awesome bike!

I guarantee you sir, it's the manliest bike you'll ever see this side of the RP.

I must have been a little different, since I took a long hiatus on bike riding after I bought my car, but returned to find nothing really different. Then again, I am forced to ride uphill a lot which would exert more leg energy.

Either way, the swaying's new to me. I'd definitely follow the advice of filling up your tires, but the framework of your bicycle might be shifted somehow; it's a slim possibility but I want to make sure anyways. During those 6 years, did you leave your bicycle leaned up against something without a kickstand? What was the temperature like where you left it? I've seen a few bikes shift in balance from a mixture of rust and other things.

Can you really tell if someone is a good kisser based on how they eat an apple?

It's a new bike, I think the problem is me just not being able to steer.

First time I've heard of that, but it sounds at least somewhat plausible.

I guess in the simplest sense, a sloppy eater might have a sloppy-esque personality. Other than that, I don't think there's a superficial method of telling, in all honesty.

Ah, I see. I'd recommend getting used to pedaling whilst standing then; I found that I feel less shaky like that.

This particular word has escaped me for the past few days now...
What is the term used to describe when people appoint family members into positions of power (e.g. in a government)?
Could this term be used when friends are appointed to positions of power, or is there another word that exists for this?
