Without Amuro(M.I.A in CCA, but not in the novel), how will Londo Bell stop it?

Note:I am assuming this happened after Amuro and Char went M.I.A and that Char told the Antagonist there before the last battle, and that there is no way that there is a weapon capable of destroying that piece of the moon...(TBR, TSC, Nuclear missiles) Junius 7 split breakers are not allowed too.

Lol somewhat spot on, but the position of the cannons look more like twin satellite cannons then combined buster rifles.
