yeah, especially with the whole skip and sudden death of all macabre Islanders because Demons/Youkai parade, not because the protagonist action

they saved by luck, that the very stormy night, the parade taken place, or may be the islander still be able to flee or chase them to outside of the island and kill em near main island

We basically need a cult sizable of at least Type-Moon's or Touhou's for something like that...

... then again it might be better that a new forum for that gets put up instead. For a name, as example, say... "Kamachi-ism."

The islanders represent the hand of the Youkai, so when the officer finish the charm (throwing the empty handgun at them), they can no longer harm him and Enbi no matter what they do. The last two chapter is from third person perspective. She is someone able to control Hyakki Yakou, and use it to wipe out the islanders.

mm...IMO she is Youkai herself, the Nure Onna (that attracted to the detective) who's also participating in the Demons Parade and slaughter the leader

this author look like very fond of 'Package'

Package 1 = Yuki Onna and Marriage
Package 2 = Yuna Fuurei and Macabre Islanders
Package 3 = this new chapt

just what wrong with him, I wonder?

lack of Birthday party in childhood?

and it's more appealing I think if he just back to Shinobu's story, this series titled Zashiki Warashi after all

Package is the whole concept of the novel. Like how Objects are the concept of Heavy Object. vice versa. It seems the story has three different characters with their own POVs. Personally I think its nice. Plus hey he saves the best for last. Haven't you seen that succubus picture in the images?

Hes working on all three. First he did a bit of ho. Than he worked on a bit of Wal. I guess hes finishing up with IV until he works on the other two.
