by grace of lulz she be resurrected through unknown means (correct me if I am wrong but in the tales didnt vampires regen quickly or just outright died physically turned ethereal and wait for the next full moon to regain their bodies?) as a part of the merry group, then I think:

vampire - well... Rushella... you aint the first vampiress he met
knowledge - Eruru... sorry....

The big bad guys...most likely would be the person/vampire/exorcist who kill miraluka....

In some myths the original vampire can't be killed permanently, it will always come back after a certain amount of time.

And about the resurrection (she was unnaturally drawn to Usui), I wouldn't be surprised in the least if Rushella was already it, or an extension of one of her wishes or something.

It's more likely Rushella is Mirakula given the small hints throughout the books. Mirakula's stated goal of inmoartality to prove Christ was wrong. Rushella's fears she may have been someone else not just in mind but body as well. Her wakeing up so close to Mirakula's home .

Maybe... although, at the moment nothing is certain about Rushella's origins apart from the fact that it has been implied in volume 3, that she had a different appearance, before she lost her memory.

That is impossible because she said she is a "true ancestor" meaning being an original if she is reproduce that would only make her a "pure blood".

Can vampires change their appearance? If Rushella is a cloned Mirakula then Hisui would of recognized her. Maybe Rushella and Mirakula are just long-lost friends or something.

That's possible, but there are many different theories regarding her origins. We won't know which one is correct, until the author decides to start providing evidence that would disrupt some of those theories.
