I've ran out of anime to watch

Ok, so I've been watching some anime over the past two years, and for the past 4 or 5 months I have found nothing to watch. Either is too immature or echii for me. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Stuff I enjoy:

Ghost in the Shell and all its variations
Gundam Seed
Gundam Wing
FMP and Sequel
Bleach (everything past ep. 60 sucks)
Naruto (also dead after all of the filters)
Rurouni Kenshin
Samurai Champloo
Black Lagoon
Cowboy Bebop
FLCL
GTO
Neon Genesis Evangelion
Rahxephon
Serial Experiments Lain
Wolf's Rain

Bleach picked up again the main story at episode 109. If you liked the Soul Society arc, you should like the current episodes.
Naruto picked up again, but only the first episode of the new serie was actually worth watching.

YuYu Hakusho (old show, but the best shounen anime for me, and you named many of those. No nostalgia involved here as I watched it for the first time last year).

Trigun Cowboy Bebop meets Sergio Leone. As the show goes, it gets darker and awesome. I am not too fond of the first episodes, but it's one of my favorite shows.

Haibane Renmei Well, you didn't want something ecchi or immature. An amazingly beautiful and deep show, but it may be a little quiet for you. It's adapted from a doujinshi made by the creator of SE Lain.

Someone said Yu Yu Hakusho and I agree 100%. Just bear in mind that it starts off like a normal shounen but it increasingly strays from the normal formula and becomes something unique.

Kino No tabi
http://www.animenfo.com/animetitle,1...o_tabi__t.html

TEXHNOLYZE
http://www.animenfo.com/animetitle,1...exhnolyze.html

Both of those are strong "thinkers" anime. TEXNOLYZE is like a cross between GITS and serial experiements lain and it uses a very differant approach to storytelling by only showing you the big picture and having you fill in all the minor details.

Kino no tabi is an excellent "slice of life" for the philosopher. It has some similarities to Haibane Renmei, which is also something you should see.

And everything I just mentioned is licensed, so break out your credit card.

Damn sounds like your in the same boat as me. Glad you asked. That TeXnolze or whatever sounds good. Already seen Kino No Tabi. The DVD has a horrible transfer, but the series itself is still good.

Since you're a fan of mecha, I highly reccommend Code Geass, Zegapain, and The Third, in that order. Also try Busou Renkin it's not mecha, but still kick a** and occasionally funny. assuming you can handle Papillon.
