Appearently from the screen caps, it seems like... Its going to start off with what happened in the games? Already played them but... seems interesting.

Found the OP in... High quality? What the hell, how did that guy do that to youtube O_O. Even if it was preconverted to flv... Could it still be that nice? And the weird thing is, the player thinks its 10 mins when its not?

Shana deserves its own thread given its popularity.

Though i'm somewhat unsatisified with the first episode, could also have to do with me not understanding a lot of crucial phrases as my japanese is quite weak.

However, the reset button on Shana + Yuji is semi lame. Currently, working through the novels to catch up to current events. :O

I can't wait to see the next episode so we can see the triumphant return of the Ball Marquse and what they are planning and to see Hecate's revenge on Yuji Sakai.

The character section of the official site has been updated.

Feel free to speculate all you want as to who they're going to be in the two respective threads.

I agree. The episodes leave you hanging, making you wonder what's going to happen next. Just hope they keep this up to the very end.

Yes, it's called "triangle" by Mami Kawada, and will be released on the same CD as the OP ("JOINT") at the end of the month.

Oh, you meant season 1? Oh, then you're posting in the wrong thread. But ANN should answer all your questions.

Ah good -- it's about time. That also confirms that the second season will indeed have 24 episodes (Discs 1-4+SP will be in "Box 1"). (People will also be pleased to know that DVD 1 will include another Shana-tan episode. )

You don't know that. They might split six episodes into two discs.

Well, if you run a query on sofmap.com, you get a listing of eight DVDs at the moment. Of course, since this has not been confirmed on the official site, we can only speculate.

Huh? Splitting 6 episodes onto two discs is exactly what they are doing, times four (24 episodes onto eight discs). Unless you're referring to something else...?

Anyway, those Sofmap product listings have catalog numbers on them, so it's pretty safe to call it good as confirmed. Official sites tend to only list the next upcoming release and previous ones, as opposed to the whole bundle at once.
