The voice is Subaru's. She's the one who asked the question. The voice can be a bit hard to recognize without a visual reference sometimes as Subaru's voice can go high and low...>< Well thanks again for the translation. Hoped this helped out.

No thank you... Subaru's voice sounds eerily similar to Arf or Caro at times and I get extremely confused...

Let's see...here's some corrections for you.

"Arisa: It's been a real long time!" That's actually Nanoha, Nanoha has a particular way of saying things.

"Tea: Huh? That car..." It's actually...a combo of Subaru and Tea.

Subaru: Huh?
Tea: That car...

That part where you had "Subaru (caro?): And...Miyuki-san?" That is Subaru.

The part where you had the little "(who?)" placements
The first is Caro actually and the second voice is a bit hard to distinguish but I believe it might be Subaru's voice though unsure, as it could be Tea's since there's not much to work with. It's pretty hard to tell who's saying it.

A correction for the scene where Signum asked that question to Shamal. The Kansai-ben of Hayate-chan was easy to miss along with her voice. This is my version of it, you don't have to take the exact corrections besides the addition of Hayate's line.

Signum: Shamal… you didn’t try to help out… did you?
Shamal: Oh, Signum you’re terrible.
Hayate: She only helped a bit, right? Like cutting the vegetables.
Shamal: Yes.

No want to argue over who's voice is speaking. Caro commented about the smell, but the sound of the cooking never reached them during the beginning. And plus if you listen carefully, Caro's voice is a softer tone than Subaru's. Subaru's is a higher pitch than Caro's. Caro's voice I can distinguish pretty easily. The second who part I'm thinking it might be Teana. Just as a fair thing, compare Caro's voice from another point in the track and compare it to that and then do Subaru's to it. You'll see the difference.
