Mhm! I agree with this pairing notion. Something must have occurred to make Kanade have that bright smile and strutting down that path.

How is Naoi x Kanade even possible? I can only see it ending up becoming a Knight Templar Contract.

Kanade, Otonashi, Naoi and Hinata were the only ones at Yuri's bedside last week, and they're the only ones seen in the preview, don't tell me the others disappeared off-screen....?

And oh wow, it's weird to see Kanade so happy! I hope the episode will be focused on her.

It may be even possible that other characters have left early in Episode 11, like Christ. I think him ending his last blog entry is a sign that he's called it quits too.

But I might be wrong.
In the preview, it is possible that the top students of the school are the five and they are seated far in front to see everyone else. It's too optimistic, but maybe, just maybe...

That would be a kick in the crotch, wouldn't it? TK, Shiina, Matsushita, Oyama, Noda, and that other guy... all disappearing off-screen after fighting the shadows. That'd horribly suck.

Yes, a huge kick in the crotch. It's already bad enough that they were never given any backstories (especially Shiina, TK and Yusa), not even being able to see them go would suck horribly.
