Nah, if anything, Kiyoka and Honne is THE loudest.

A full on meelee units with an I-field generator. How does that stack up to regular IS?

I-Field only defends against particle beam based attacks. Pitting the unit against an IS like Charlotte's isn't going to do jack.

high speed unit I suppose? I'm not sure how much speed and agility will assist in that though.

Depends on how well the pilot handles the unit. You can have a machine going Akai Suisei against an IS but there's still the human factor that determines how well the unit will function in combat.

I have few idea about I.S. replaced by Zoids, but I went for Ace Combat somehow

The Zoid one is more true to canon in atmosphere, less hell-bent military and all.

Both Houki and Ichika use Liger Zero prototype in my scenario, since it's the first 'Purestrain X' ever made.

Well basically cute furry- err... mechanical friends? I think it makes more sense to have some sort of lax casual atmosphere inthis case instead of when you have semi-sentient power armor.

My idea was that somebody decided it was a good idea to stuff a zoid core into an IS frame. The results are... Pretty insane

Creation of Zoid? You lobotomize large animal (Remember Zeke the , weave the braincell within indestructible spherical metal case, THEN put that as a core unit in a fully mechanical body.

Zoid X is even worse, considering it's kept as sentient as the original animal thanks to more advanced technique and new material. So instead of cyborg zombie, it's a sentient cyborg, enhanced performance indeed.
