The anime's art-style looks similar to that Death Note's...

Maybe due to lack of heavy shading the manga employs.

Man, the VP... the fact that we're seeing a crotch shot is a good sign, although the angle isn't as low as it'd normally be, still looks good =03. Most important feeling I'm getting is that it doesn't feel like some pure ecchi comedy. Like someone said before, shit looks like serious business, and the animation needs to be that way 100%. That music doesn't really give me the mood of the series though =0(.

Wonder how long its going to go for? Certainly there's enough material for at least two cours around the 80 chp mark where...you know.

If the anime doesn't plan to go an AO route in the first place and then yeah that chapter gives a decent semi-resolution.

(Btw, anyone worrying about how something "depraved" couldn't be adapted, cast thy gaze upon Yondemasu yo Azazel-san. Even if the anime had to soften the manga a little in adaptation, it was still full of stuff that made one wonder how that anime was ever allowed on air. Azazel-san is, however, not ecchi and it's really funny aside of being... what it is.)

I haven't watched Azazel so I can't directly compare the two, but I would say it's probably the former.

I think someone early on this thread called a "serious comedy" and I would agree that is apt description. The basic premise and plotline that plays in the manga is absurd and clearly comedic. However at the same time characters in-verse are very "serious business" about everything that happens which makes all the more entertaining.

It's not goofy funny, more like funny in way it overexaggerates the situation. In reality, it actually is depicted seriously, so you won't see things like eyes getting super-wide or super-deform char moments....argh, everything Iron Maw just said D0=(should have read the following comments first =01....)

With the current lackluster spring season lineup (imo). I hope this show will pick up the slack and save the year and the summer season. That is if the staff and studio don't fukk it up.

If you say so, I'm still waiting for Kotetsujou no Cabaneli to save the day as a whole so long as it is confirmed for summer season. Bonus points if Game of Laplace join with it.

Won't happen. Noitamina producer said clearly that because they started making movies, they will air only 1 series per season for now.

everyone says censoring ruins everything...if an anime relies that much on fanservice or ecchi then it isnt really that good....that being said just wait for the bds if censorship is such a deal breaker...most anime dont get the all nipples at-x version

It's not that the story relies only its uh ... let's call it fetishes , but they're an essential part. If they get censored out then you might as well not air it in the first place.
