Enter a bunch of cool guys who look like they got that unapproachable swag. But let’s be real—that’s not the true them. They’re just a bunch of dorks who’ve got the act down pat!

That is indeed quite the cast list.

And according to the mangaka, each episode will be fifteen minutes for two cours.

Someone finally subbed this. Yay!

1:
Anyway not much too say, nothing made made me laugh out loud, but I was very amused throughout. And it was nice and short. I'm guess the first four episodes will introduce each character and then the rest will have them sharing the screentime?

So I guess this wasn't entirely accurate? Unless the episode lengths vary throughout each episode.

15 minutes is referring to the length of the block it airs in with ads in place, same way the average anime episode is 30 minutes.

And Crunchyroll licensed it. (Why the delay, I have no idea)

Y'know, the earbuds randomly popping out happens to me all the time...but luckily's Shu's buddy is willing to help him look for it! That's real friendship !

Welp, Shu's Senpai's are all relying on him getting good grades so he can keep up with handball...except none of them are all that confident in his chances knowing how he usually is. And he's too popular with girls, but that's a given .

Luckily Shu can study at his sisters' cafe and she knows full well how he is when it comes to school and studying...and how much he bluffs. But good thing she has an older employee she can have tutor her brother .

Don't underestimate what a guy in a design course has to go through !

Oh hey, we caught up with that moment at the end of the last episode where Hayate showed up! We even got to see how Takayuki did the same thing! Takayuki even recognized Hayate. Neat .

Well, Hayate probably does know more about certain subjects than Shun from experience, although he is nowhwere near the master Shun probably thinks he is at this point. Also Hayate's stone-faced reaction when Shun didn't even understand question 1 was priceless .

I'm guessing Shun is going to act like he totally intended to show them that illustration of Sakura .

Now that the full cast has been introduced and we're into Volume 2 of the manga, the humor's really coming into its own. Gone from chuckling to outright laughing now. Looking forward to more.

AKA the episode where Hayate gets to interact with everybody .

Ah, the classic "which way do we go next?" moment when you're right in front of someone .

Asa-Boss-chan actually is kind of a fun way to refer to her .

Hayate once again seeing Mima as a shining example of an adult...with his own dorky moments .

Now Hayate and Souma have gotten acquainted and Hayate knows how much Souma just loves his laughs .

Cooking the Souma way! It might turn out exactly as expected, but the intentions behind it are true as Souma tries to take care of his big brother and make sure workaholic Souta has something to eat .

It figures that a episode centered around Souta would bring Souma and Mima together, but hilariously neither recognizes the other. Mima has no idea who Souma really is and Souma mistakes him for a store clerk of all things. I mean, Mima would be pretty handsome as a store clerk, but he'd misplace or forget something all the time .

I love how Souta doesn't actually correct the assumption he has a girlfriend. Getting to enjoy a homemade bento from his little bro and make people think his girlfriend made it for him. Best of both worlds !

Mima with that alarm! If only he'd actually placed it within reach of his hands !

You know, I can actually relate to Mima being the uncle of an adorable little girl, although it was kind of funny how it seems like his sister was more put together and on top of things than he is. I guess that comes with being a mom, especially with another kid on the way !

Ricchan is the cutest! And she loves spending time with Uncle Takayuki! Although I also found it funny how she non-maliciously pointed out how he's still single .

Shu acting all high and mighty when he ran without even starting the running app. You have to admire his ability to recover from his dorky moments .

Shu and Mima! I had honestly forgotten Mima had left something at the cafe, but that he automatically assumed Shu was going to beat him up just killed me .

Shu with the diving save! That wasn't actually necessary but instead lead to him being the one injured! But his intentions were pure .

I have to wonder what their next assumption was when they found out Ricchan wasn't his daughter...but at least Mima has found more friends .

Hayate being super relatable with having nothing to do but game and eat while craving the affection and feel of some cute doggies. Also one dog had a massive butt .

I guess you have to admire a guy like Kurosaki who takes his ex-girlfriend slugging him after mistaking him for cheating and then dumping him in stride .

Ah yes, nothing more difficult for an introvert with no relationship experience than going to a mixer with cute college girls from an all-girls college .

Poor Miki. She really made a solid play, but couldn't get through to Hayate's general denseness and naivety when it comes to people, let alone romance. And that he's such a dork he forgot to plug in his phone charger. She thinks he rejected her with a lie but he just pulled a Hayate .

Well, it's nice that Hayate enjoyed himself even if he still can't keep up with extroverts. But he'd rather spend time with cute animals than go to a mixer...even if the animals don't want him .

Ah, Shu actually did pretty good grade-wise! Hayate-sensei is proud of him, even if he didn't 100%! I wonder if we're going to see his tournament next episode ?
