I'm partial to:
Wish³: It a strange and puzzling story of three wishes with a nasty catch. The setting is very much based on anime and the dialogue is sometimes quite steeped in Japanese. It's a bit complicated and very inventive. Megatokyo: If you don't read this you should. It is pretty much about being an otaku. It's also about 1337 5ki11z and Guardian Angels and the power of idols. Heck, it's about pretty much everything. And it's cool.

The only webcomics I read are achewood and Penny Arcade because they are the only ones that can make me laugh out loud consistently.

I love this one:
http://bleedman.snafu-comics.com/?strip_id=0 Powerpuff Girls done manga style, with a few other characters thrown in (including Dexter and Samurai Jack). The author has great drawing talent. Check out one of the "omake" sections where Bubbles and Buttercup cosplay as certain famous anime characters http://bleedman.snafu-comics.com/?strip_id=14 |

I dip in and out of various web comics all the time. Too many to list them all and I've not had time to read many in the last few months, but here are three no one else mentioned that come to mind:
Commander Kitty - Fun, furry adventure with Kitty and his crew of miscreants. Featuring a Red Pander called NinWa, no relation to NoSan . Harks from the Furry comunity so some might not like it, though it isn't really a furry comic. Cartoon - full page format, in color! Errant Story - Scary little devil girl. 'Nuff Said. I've not read it in a while, but I plan to catch up over Christmas. I've got a bound copy of Poe's previous comic; he has his odd moments, but on the whole the art is fantastic and some of his plot threads are quite addicting. Manga Style - Full page format, normally B/W (but often coloured by a reader later). SinFest - No idea how to describe this one. Read a few and the style will become clear. Surprised no one else has mentioned it actually. Newspaper comic strip format, normally B/W. |

Boobies² = Fun
|
http://www.animearcadia.com/index.php - Everyone wants a kitty girl, but what if it makes you it's bitch
http://gdk.gd-kun.net/index.php - Our Home Planet, a funny pervy comic about aliens, bounty hunters, cross dressing, boobies, and more boobies. http://manga.clone-army.org/t42r.html - If you have a dark sense of humor there are a few different comics here, like the Nana's Everyday Life based on Nana from Elfen Lied. |

http://www.monkcomic.com - Monk: The Comic Strip
A comic strip about the less than typical life of a deity and his friends, proving the old saying that "it's not easy being a deity". (*yes I'm bumping this thread, but since we lost all the other entires, why not? ^_^;; hehe*) |

http://ccc.vinnieveritas.com/ CCC: El Comic
This is a comic about the characters who live in CCC City, it's pretty interesting. You have to be able to read Spanish though, heh. It's nice to see it though because of his excellent flash movies. |

I'm really picky when it comes to online comics..I think that makes me a snob ..oh well, here's some of the very few I enjoy
Happy Medium!- Basically there's no plot, just fun characters and kooky adventures. Check it out if you like cute animal faces... No Rest for the Wicked- It incorporates different fairy tale characters and elements quite beautifully. From the first page you can tell the story telling is top notch. I really appreciate the thought put into the dialogue and art because most online comics tend to be (extremely!) cheesy and contrived.. even if they don't mean to be. Nee's His-Story- The humor is somewhat obnoxious but it's a fun read. (or at least I enjoyed it!) |

It's the only one I check back daily nowdays. The art style is good. Theres alot of clever use of puns. But more importantly, there are arcs, continuing plot, character development, plot twists etc. And its updated daily even on weekends except for holidays. |

Ah, I use to read Megatokyo but it sort of seemed as if the story was going absolutely nowhere at times.
Right now, I just read Penny-arcade and VGcats. |

Also, a lot of plot threads are coming together in Girl Genius.... and the Foglios are almost finished posting all of the original print section of the comic into the archives. |

The webcomics I read are:
Inverloch - http://www.seraph-inn.com/ Red String - http://redstring.strawberrycomics.com/ The two stories are not at all alike, but I still them both! Inverloch has been popular enough that its already released a printed volume and now Red String is due to come out with its first volume in January. If I have time to waste, I start looking at the other comics listed on http://topwebcomics.com/default.aspx to see what's out there. |
