This anime is plain off-the-wall. I only was going in for the music by Ko Otani but I'm staying for the enjoyment. I guess I like it, as there are so many things going for it.

The heroine has already shown signs of being dark and slightly threatening, so I really don't know what to feel about her new "powers". Is it really a good thing that her hair is capable of super-human strength, like bending metal bars? Will she only use it to uphold justice and peace?

The heroine's hair are just her new servant... for now at least, I and probably she shouldn't depend so much on a sentient being created overnight by some headless chicken produce shampoo

Anyway, what's the deal with the MC being credited as watakushi（私）-> self, me, I

I can't recall any character being called by name in the anime either... is there some setting/background reasoning for it or is it just literally aesthetics... in between, please don't spoil plot with the answer

Because you never see her use names. The female protagonist also narrates the story, so she uses "watashi".

I can't help...but not like this anime.

It's just too...wacky and random. It doesn't really have any likable characters either. Maybe the next few episodes will spark the anime up.
