That's great! I do wonder how many episodes it'll get and how much it'll cover.

^Well, there's already speculation that a big announcement about the series in the next issue of Gangan Joker is about an anime adaptation, I hope it's true.

Ohhh, it looks like it's going to be one of those shorts if Seven is involved.

New Kuroshitsuji coming - 3rd season? Reboot? Who knows. Mixed feelings - I thought the second was pretty meh.

Also, Tokyo Ghoul gets an anime adaptation.

One of the spring Noitamina shows is announced. Masaaki Yuasa (Mind Game, The Tatami Galaxy, Kick-Heart) will direct a television anime adaptation of Taiyo Matsumoto's Ping Pong manga this spring.

Never heard of it, but will give it a try!

Yeah, and I still don't know how I feel about it. :/ I loved S1-S2 and the movie, but in the newest game my favorite character (Yukimura, along with Team Takeda) has been "demoted" and had his place usurped by Mitsunari and Sakon, and frankly, I'd hate to see an anime where this trend continues. (Never mind my other favorite, poor Keiji...)

I wouldn't mind a series of humorous anime shorts or something, though.

Most likely it will be a prequel, so I guess Yukimura will be a secondary character in it (well, he already gained this status in season 2, though). I guess if you want to have Yukimura at the main role, you will have to wait spring and watch Sengoku Musou OVA

But that's just it, SB4 is technically not a "prequel" but a reboot, so technically they should be able to give everyone the same amount of spotlight... but if the anime exists to promote the game then the spotlight will be given to Masamune, Mitsunari and the new characters, and Yukimura will be sidelined, and I couldn't bear to see that any more. :/

I'll definitely watch the Musou OVA but I'm not as fond of that Yukimura as I am of Basara's.

Not to mentiomn NHK n Youkouso and Last Exile (the first one) - plus, I quite liked Samurai Seven. I really think Gonzo of the 2000's is sadly underrated - not only did they produce some wonderful anime but they had a signature style, too.

Of course now they're a shadow of what they were, like Gainax dead men walking. But that doesn't stop me from rooting for them, even if I have very low expectations for any of their new series.
