Would it be possible for someone to make this into an avatar sized gif?

Starting at around 1:40 - 1:42, I would like to have when that character is bunching be a looped gif. If it's unclear of what I'm trying to ask, I can try and explain it better.
Also if possible get rid of the sub title. And maybe have a nice border.

Looks like crap, but I'm afraid there isn't much I can do about it unless you can find the PV in better quality.

No idea, I didn't count. All I can tell you is that it took me a little longer than usual since it was a bit of a pain to optimize it for AS. So I guess 15 minutes maybe?

There's no point to say anything anyway as the tourists will just ignore these comments and everything else. However, it would be good if everyone who makes Av/sigs would keep in mind to look at the registration date, if the poster has Avatar / signature and has he made any posts in the past ..

Always once in a while these requests are filled, so no wonder we keep getting more and more of these requests ..
