When did Keiichi actually start showing symptoms in Onikakushi-hen because in the game he hears someone saying "I'm sorry" on the train ride back to Hinamizawa was that Hanyuu?

It is hard to figure out.
Spoiler for more things in depth with minagoroshi knowledge:

I really wonder why that scene was left out of both the anime and the manga....

Can't remember if it was in the Drama CD

No, as far as i can remember, the scene was never shown in the game either.
The "i'm sorry" was, both in the game and manga.
But it is explained in Matsuribayashi-hen, as Frederica explained about that (or hanyuu? I should check back once in a while)

The train scene I'm talking about is right in the beginning of the game.

Yep, that's what i also said, and it is in the manga as well.

I thought you were asking for the "outburst" scene, which is never shown before.

I think there's 2 possible person for the train scene.

One is of course, Hanyuu. If it's Hanyuu, then perhaps she's apolgizing for the fact that Keiichi's level went up after he left Hinamizawa for the funeral (it's a low chance for the level to rise due to that after all). Correct me if I'm wrong, but I rememeber that the real reason Keiichi went away was actually to see the school girls that he shot...that probably raised his stress level and pushed the syndrome level up?

Another possible person is Rena, from loop memory. I think Keiichi ended the "dream" sequence by saying something like, "if the person is apolgizing so much, you can just forgive them...", which probably forshadowed the revealation in Tsumihoroboshi-hen that, Keiichi kept swinging his bet despite Rena was offering help, that he thinks she is "unforgivable" at that point.

I think I read somewhere (I don't remember where) that the funeral Keiichi went, was from a friend of his dad.

There is a posablity that Keiichi is able to feel Hanyuu presence easier then others. His father did see her playing with Rika which help him settle on moveing to the town and she seems to have a hard time getting others to see her most of the time. It may explain why he seems to remember the most of the past arcs as well

That seems pretty unlikely to me. During Hanyuu's meeting with Ichirou she had assumed a corporeal form, so that doesn't indicate any particular sensitivity in him. Also he doesn't remember most past arcs; he remembered the events of one past world in Tsumihoroboshi-hen and in the following worlds no longer has any conscious memories from that, just like the rest of the characters.

Oh, but what about in Minagoroshi-hen? He was able to remember the scene of the ohagis and the needles! And in the OVA, Nekogoroshi-hen he was able to remember when he beat Rena and Mion up!

Lots of people remembered stuff in Minagoroshi-hen, he wasn't the only one. And he never remebered anything in Nekogoroshi-hen either.

Nekogoroshi-hen's flashbacks weren't anyone's flashbacks for that matter.

Why does Hanyu's left horn have a chip in it? I haven't seen a reason throughout the tips topics or in the anime yet. I think someone asked about it in one of the episode threads, but I can't find the specific one.

It has to do with her daughter Ouka and the first Watanagashi Festival. Anything else would be a spoiler

I read somewhere that there is something strange with the dates; to be more specific the calendar. It's a series-long thing if I read correctly.
Can someone please reply what the secret or strange thing is? I really appreciate it.
