It is actually, or at least looks very similar, Cynthia's outfit lacks the skirt or the straps on her leggings.

Miria, Clare and Tabitha wear similar uniforms. The same thing goes for Helen, Deneve and Yuma. Only Cynthia's is unique

in chapter 90, page 02, you can see clear diferences that are reflected in that drawing, and believe me, i would have loved if it actually was Miria's outfit to especulate about a posible confusion in a crazy night

Claymore manga is already licensed. That's why it's illegal. And I suggest that you shouldn't be deluded by that post. I used to be warned by mod when all I did is just copy paste text translation of newly chapter. May be it could depend on the mood, I guess.

I dont know why should it be banned anyway, not because you can read it on the internet is any reason to stop supporting the manga.
