One cool thing in Guild Wars 2 is that you can custom your in game music as much as you like. If you get tired of the combat theme, you can basically select the musics you like and use them as the themes instead.

So basically my combat theme will be this:

Fate/Zero: This was the tale of a man who, more than anyone else, believed in his ideals, and was driven to despair by them.

Madoka: This was the tale of magical girls whose wishes are pure and by them are driven to despair.

I use to play some of the themes from Revenge of the Sith while playing Guild Wars.

150 in euros.
Well , not for me , i wasn't a fan for GW1.
The deluxe , hmmm , i dunno , 75€ so 25€ for only

Quote:
Summon Mistfire Wolf Elite Skill: summon a temporary Mistfire Wolf pet for use in combat
Rytlock Minitature: a perfect replica of Rytlock Brimstone to accompany your character on all of their adventure
Golem Banker: five days of a golem banker who will grant you access to your account storage from anywhere in the world
Chalice of Glory: A one-time use chalice to unlock rewards in PvP as well as compare your progress against other players
Tome of Influence: a one-time boost used to unlock guild vaults, emblems and other items for your guild
I think it's better to use 25€ for the shop.

Definitely purchasing this.

At first, I was excited - but now I'm hysterical.

Won't get collectors, I don't have room to keep that kinda stuff around. I like things digital only.

But definitely buying this. For the sake of not drowning in my own envious drool when my irl friends will be yapping about the game every day.

But 130 pounds? Holy shit that's an expensive collectors.

Coincidentally, why I don't want to CE is because I don't want to pay for a deadweight like that statue and haul it around with me, as change my residence a lot.

Hmm, no game is worth 150 smackdabs with my current budget, so the CE is out. The digital deluxe is better, but a lot of the items are one-time use, so... not really worth it either for me.

Just a normal one for me I guess.

When I first heard about this game I was excited, now I am totally getting this like the first day it comes out!

Agreed, I wouldn't spend $150 on a collectors edition, I don't honestly know why people like spending the extra money for the collectors editions honestly, usually the bonuses don't seem worth all the extra cost.

Maybe because they like the bonuses?

It's simply that thing about collecting collectors editions, not exactly all about the bonuses but they are a main reason as well.
If your someone that isn't into CE's and don't know why people buy them for....well anything, then you probably won't ever understand the mentality of it all.
It's one of thoses things that are hard to explain.

For instance I found out on Top Gear other day that a Ferrari 250 GT Spider California was sold for £5.5million/$10,894,900.
Thats frankly crazy but I can understand the want for such things.

This CE is what 3 times the price of the CE for GW but then this does come with that cute kitty so most of the money is for the figure I'd guess.
However by the sounds of it the bonuses here look pretty good.
Some nice items that don't sound like they offer nonsense.

Closer, but shaky, look at the CE statue:

If you collect figurines/statues at all, it's definitely worth the extra money IMO.

Wouldn't doubt that, thats for sure but I'd say it's probably the least needed thing in the CE for most collectors.
Indeed really just for figurines/statue collectors mostly.
Yes I'd like the kitty myself but if I could get a CE without the statue then I'd probably go for the w/o just save me that extra money.

My problem atm is getting my hands on a new comp to play GW2 on.....

and whether or not I can be arsed going for more HOM points, I got my 30 but wonder if I'll bother try going for full.

The soundtrack and artbook will probably be sold separately down the line. So the only things that are 'collector' about the collector's edition are the statue and art prints.

Just wait and get those things later if you want them (or get it from someone who bought it just for the giant kitty).

alright, I kind of get it now, I collect some figurines and stuff so I can see where they are coming from. But I digress

I will admit though the collectors edition for GW2 does actually look pretty nice compared to other collectors editions I have seen, the statue does spark my interest.
Artbooks and Soundtracks are just basic stuff really, nothing too exciting about those.
