First one is Gakuto! (NSFW!), second one I know but can't think of the name. I'd have to look it up, will post again later if I find it.

edit: heh, silly me, getting confused by the art style being similar (or rather, the same). Just realised after checking the cgs that both are in fact from the same game, Gakuto.
