Well I've read through ALL the novels once before trying to find if Aogami is stated to be Level 0 or not (for checking the wikia entry) - and to my surprise NOWHERE in the novels it was stated Aogami is Level 0. He's one of the 'Three Idiots' but he's not stated as a Level 0 in the narrative like the other two >.>

Yes, I'm the one that updated that bit on Angel Fall. And Touma was said to have been put into AC from a young age, but it was never specified at exactly what year of his life.

Which reminds me that Saten's level of Aero Hand was enough to flip Uiharu's skirt... because if I recall it right, she doesn't seem to touch Uiharu's skirt when she does...

Saten dosn't have any power. In the guidebook was writen that she has aerohand because and only because the ability that she had from level upper was similar to aerohand. In manga her ability was not shown at all. And no, she is not using it to flip Uiharu skirt. Even when she used level upper, the best she could do was to lift few leaves and maintain them in midair near her hand (in comparison - her friend, also lv 0 after using level upper was capable of lifting a person/washing machine). But without level upper, she is classified as "no power at all". And since it was not defined if every level 0 has at least some AIM, is questionable whethewer she can use magic or not. This theory is be based on fact, that even NORMAL person who uses level upper will have a power, since it is a brain network, example here is Kiyama Harumi herself.

The only thing that i dont understand about her is - they live in Academic City, the top technological city in world. It was already mentioned that scientist study esper powers and make weapons from them, example here is - Telestina and her power suit capable of firing railguns and that is only a small speck from all the equipment they must have(sure there must be some more compact ones). So why the heck she wont aquire some of those items and wont use them? I mean they live in city full of people capable of killing others with just a thought, owning a gun or something wont feel that strange.

That's a very weird statement. What you're saying is that if someone has powers, they would automatically have a very high urge to harm or kill people? And that justifies letting a school girl carry around weapons? Weapons that are developed possibly for military uses?

Actually, the fact that this doesn't happen as often is testament to the law enforcement deterrence.

While there's no doubt that some students do carry firearms, it's mostly because they're involve with the underworld of society. The majority are basically your average students... With esper powers.

Ma, I was joking about the skirt flip.

As for weapons, if you're on the bright side, the one that Academy City portrays itself as, then yes, you don't need weapons when the PE teachers are compared to freaks here. There's a reason why you don't see every single esper abusing their powers in AC. It's like being in a normal city/town surrounding, you don't see everyone having weapons all the time to protect itself (correct me on this), because there's the police and such to protect the citizens (ideally).

Generally speaking, any Esper weak enough to lose control of their powers, don't really have alot of it to begin with.

December 24 and 31 are somewhat like holidays in Japan, but I think they already have episodes prepared beforehand. However, we might get a two-week break after that, so Episodes 14 and 15 might be the only episodes lined up for January 2011.

I think only mangas get breaks, shows usually go on.

Shows get breaks. Shiki was on break for like three weeks (and they left off with a cliffhanger too) and I heard Nodame Cantabile also had a break when it was airing.

Yeah. I remeber during the first season of Index, at least one channel had a break.

On the other hand, another didn't, so it switched who aired it first.
