while i do like the manga adaption better (it gives a better feel for accelerators brokenness as well as how dire the fight was for touma). Accelerators villain ego fail is still pretty overdone.
still reading touma's 'blah blah BS' is much easier to stomach then listening to it.

It must have been the "grit your teeth" line that made that last punch effective.
If he had only said that line at the first punch he could have saved himself a lot of damage. Silly Touma, you just weren't trying hard enough.

I love the manga version of the fight more than the anime. I wish the anime made the fight very bloody just like the manga.
PS since the newest chapter scan is from Vol 4 of the manga, does that mean Hidoi has new scans of the previous chapters from the Vol 3 & 4 of the graphic novels?

Chp 21 had a nice ending. It was cute that Toma imagine Mikoto baking cookies 4 him and funny when Misaka 10032 made Toma touch her breast infront of Mikoto.
LOL I love the look of Mikoto face seeing that & accusing Toma a pervert. Thankfully when Index arrive, she didn't bite Toma. Next volume is the Last day of Summer Vacation arc Where we see 3 three stories from the POV of Toma, Mikoto & Accelerator! I Hope Hidoi will do scans from the GN version.

As I look at this chapter zip file of chapter 22 on my screen, I question myself... Why have I not read this chapter yet.
*flips through the pages* Hmm? Was the artwork always like this? Or has it changed a bit (for the worst)? Just my imagination.......? Pretty much the same thing from the anime, so no comment on the chapter though... Mikoto, kawaii! Come to think of it, this is Tsuchimikado sister's first manga appearance? Since unlike the anime, she doesn't get any extra random appearances...

Chapter 23... Mikoto greatness repeated, now in manga format!
 Mikoto, kawaii yo~~ Compared to the anime, she doesn't turn as red as a tomato all the time... which actually might be better though. The assassin? Who cares...
