He doesn't really shine much in Mother's Rosario. He has only one action scene, and we only get to see the beginning of it before the focus changes to Asuna and Yuki's group again. Then Kirito appears at the end of the story to deliver exposition in order to loosely connect the story to the next arc. That's all.

Mother's Rosario is Asuna's story through and through, so nooneagain, if you don't like Asuna, don't waste your time. That been said, Mother's Rosario is my favorite arc, the only one I really liked, since I don't care for action or Kirito. All I want is a good story, and this is the closest to it Kawahara's ever written. If only for that, I recommend it.

it's not like I dislike Asuna, I like her but not that much.
But ...well if it has a good story and you recommend it, then I might as well watch it lol
I really want to see the UW arc in the anime, since that is my favorite arc....if only Asuna had dived in there earlier than she did

I have no idea if Alicization's complete or not. I don't think it is, though. The Alicization arc never really interested me all that much.

Some guy posted the translated novels somewhere on animesuki, and the last one he posted seems to have ended the arc itself.

Jenny from Mouretsu Pirates. She's just a side character though, doesn't appear much.

Since the end of MR is loosely connected to the next arc, I wonder if they'd animate that arc? I'd be happy though if it had less of harem. I also like how kirito isn't as op as before.

In Alicization Kirito is more OP than ever before, especially at the end.

If the series is 24 episodes long, this means 7 episodes from Mother's Rosario. Pretty good for a single volume.

7 episodes for Mother's Rosario is perfect because the novel was not all that long and they did the entire GGO arc with 14 episodes 6 covered volume 5 and 7 covered volume 6 so im happy about the 3/7 split for calibure and MR

Now this looks a whole lot more my speed, far as aesthetics go. It's great to see bright colors and varied landscapes again after the monotony of Gun Gale (which I did enjoy at first for conveying its sense of being seedy and gritty well, but at some point the perpetual browns and grays became stale).

Besides, Caliber SS was a lot more informative about ALO, SAO, Cardinal, etc.
