If I read the trans correctly, he is suppose to have a more threatening aura than that of Fortuna from the D of D. It might be interesting to see how the Shinpaku alliance handles him since they seem to be in better physical conditions than what they were when they faced Fortuna. Plus, they have Kenichi and Miu to fight along with them.

It would seem that the data gathering was mostly a ploy to find out who where agaisnt YAMI in the government. The politician weapons master seems to be a great threat as he starts the chapter by trapping the Shinpaku alliance by cutting down trees to prevent their escape. There are some awesome moments when Kenichi gets mad when he finds out that Ryouzanpaku was set up to be used as decoys and when Kenichi confronts the weapons master. Due to some outside help, the group does manage to survive, with Kenichi and co landing some hits with the help of flying acorns and mysterious fist. It would turn out the Sakaki was helping out all along.
