You could load the .avi file into VitualDub and change the In and Out points. Then re-encode. It would take a while, and you might loose a tiny bit of quality but it does work; I've done it becuase I was too lazy to find a real program.
I'm sure there are better ways. But if you don't want to spend money/ spend all day looking for the correct program, this will work. |
