Decent comedic anime with a tsundere lead?

Because they rock.
Anywho, I've seen the obvious ones such as Shakugan no Shana, Zero no Tsukaima, Hayate no Gotoku.

Well, any suggestions would be appreciated. It'd be great if it was a harem, but that's not a must.
Thanks.

One recent series that I have been enjoying is Mamoru-kun ni Megami no Shukufuku wo! The female lead, Ayako, is probably one of the most adorable tsunderekko I have seen. I'm not sure if the anime counts as a true harem, but there are a number of other female characters featured in it, including a jealous sister and a secret rival.

I will second that. It's a great series that I'm not sure why it's not popular.

If you don't mind the male lead being the tsundere, you could give Nodame Cantabile a try.

Also Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu, even though Haruhi doesn't show her "other side" often. Kaze no Stigma is another good one, but it's not exactly comedic.

Ranma 1/2! Both the male and female leads are tsundere. It's been quite a while since I saw the anime though, so I can't completely vouch for its quality. (though I loved it at the time) I recently read all the way through the manga and saw the OVAs and they were good.

From what I remember Gunparade March has a great tsundere female lead, but that isn't so much a comedy.

Magikano should be a good bet. It has a Tsundere, it is a harem and it has comedy...lots of it

Amaenaide yo!! fits the bill perfectly. (both seasons).

It probably counts among the obvious ones that the original poster said he had seen but I will mention it just in case - Full Metal Panic: Fumoffu.
