That was a tremendously fun episode all around. The highlight was definitely Chiaki's parfait-gasm face for me. I can never get enough of that girl.
The two princesses were great this week as well. Gruier is becoming an expert at stowing away

Don't worry, it's just a bit of fanfic. And here I was hoping for a picture of Marika naked except for a few strategically placed scoops of ice cream, and Chiaki and the princesses eying her hungrily. I mean, really, is that so much to ask?

Well, Episode 15 was as entertaining as usual. Moretsu Pirates is reaching the same reliable level of quality as ever.
But still, Marika's role in the story is quite... androgynous. I'd have to agree with the previous posters who have raised up that point. Then again, I'd presume that gender differences have narrowed, and Marika's character falls into the type that does not fit any masculine or feminine stereotypes, but could just as easily apply to both genders. Marika has the flair of a natural born leader though. It's an observation made by many, but one I wholeheartedly agree with. Let's face it. IRL, quite a good deal of us would probably gladly have someone like Marika as a boss/leader. |

Basically just a setup for the idea that Moretsu Pirates occurs in the far future after Mass Effect 3

Given that humanity is one of the least-likely races to survive the massive all-out-war for survival that's going to ensue, thanks to one of the inescapable events in the ending of ME3, I rather doubt Mouretsu Pirates could take place in its future.

It's all meaningless. Can you all stop insisting on bring ME3 into Mouretsu Pirates? It makes me very depressed about how the ending is going to turn out. |

At least they are hitting the Princess Apricot again...and not the ship Chiaki hit while Marika was busy with the Golden Ghost Ship. That would be even more awkward when not only does the pirate ship look different, but the captain is different too (that liner's crew are probably huge fans of the dark haired, way over the top, "Captain Marika"). But they get the "privilege" of getting raided by all school girl pirates.
