Yeah, "When They Cry" does seem like a tame title, sort of like "Child's Play", "Shining", or "The Silence of the Lambs"... The name doesn't really have to be all that spooky, and I doubt anyone who actually examines the dvd before buying it will think it's a romance/drama. I personally like the name. It seems a little too vague to be mere drama, and any name that would really convey the horror aspect would probably seem a little obvious.
Anyway, people's impression of the title and its meaning are likely to depend a great deal on how it's written, font style and such. If it's written in approximately the same style as the Japanese title, then it will look plenty ominous. Frankly I'd be more worried about people being turned off by screencaps and trailers that might show some of the more painful animations. Sometimes the animators seemed to be a little too "creative".

Uh... When They Cry is listed as being 28 episodes. Does he know something we don't?

Also, I don't know anything this guy's done aside from SCIII, which had bad voicing throught. Can anyone vouch for him?

Is there an error with the episode count?

... I read that, too. The problem is that I haven't seen his performance in any of those roles, except GitS, which isn't specific, so I was inquiring as to his acting qualities.

You meant giggle, right? What's wrong with that? Same idea, and it could be just as adorable.

heh, a giggle will do (since "ni-pah" is basically an onomatopia for a smile), but i fear the most and it can be either turned into a normal giggle or plain wrong (at least, AV dub wouldn't be worse than a FV dub... XD )

Horray! An unknown for Keiichi's voice. That's good since now we know that JYB won't be doin Keiichi, which is a very good thing.

I hope they keep Mii~ and Nipa~ though. They're usually said after the line has been said, so it doesn't need to be translated.

Usoda! will probably be translated to "THAT'S A LIE!" It's the best way to match it with the same lip flaps. Hopefully it'll be as chilling as in the Japanese. I'm still pushing for Stephanie Sheh for the Role (she was Orihime, Nanoka in Koi Kaze, and going to be Mikuru in Haruhi.). She'd be perfect for going psycho.

No.

Igiari!: Objection!
Matta!: Hold it!
Kurae!: Take that!

Speaking of which, Rena would make a more terrifying prosecuter than Von Karma.

No, I mean when they say "that's a lie", which happens occasionally.

Oh in that case, the only one I remember is in JFA where Phoenix goes "You're lying dammit! And I can prove it!"

I swear it's fanart too. It can't be official. For one, the cover doesn't even have an English title on it.
